Northrop Grumman, Space Systems, is currently seeking a **Logistics Material Handler** to join our team. This position will be supporting the **Propulsion Systems Division** at our facility located at the **Kennedy Space Center, FL** site.
**_Role description & Responsibilities:_**
The **Logistics Material Handler** is responsible to directly support control, inventory, and distribution of tools, material or property to manufacturing operations.
**_Job Duties:_**
- Works safely, takes responsibility for personal safety and safety of teammates
- Ensure materials and tools are correct
- Ensure calibrated tools are controlled and calibration current
- Ensure materials and tools are delivered to the right locations
- Ensure materials and tools are processed on time in support of established schedules
- Ensure inventory is accurate
- Seeks and lead continuous improvement of material and tool handling processes
**_Basic Qualifications:_**
**_This position can be filled at either a level 1 or level 2._**
**_Basic Qualifications for a level 1:_**
- Candidate must have demonstrated proficiency operating forklifts.
- Candidate must be able to work independently to rigorous deadlines with minimal supervision
- High School Diploma and 0 years or work related experience.
**_Basic Qualifications for level 2:_**
- Candidate must have demonstrated proficiency operating forklifts.
- Candidate must be able to work independently to rigorous deadlines with minimal supervision
- High School Diploma and 2 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
**_Experience Preferred:_**

Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $0,900.00Salary Range 2: 36,300.00 - 60,500.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
