Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator / Shipping Associate to support daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and timely movement of materials and finished goods while maintaining safety and operational standards.
Job Responsibilities
•Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to move materials
•Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
•Transport raw materials to production areas and finished goods to storage or shipping locations
•Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
•Maintain accurate inventory records and follow all shipping/receiving protocols
•Adhere to company safety procedures and policies
•Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
•Prepare and package products for shipment according to company and customer specifications
•Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
Required Skills & Experience
•Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience
•Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and shipping experience
•Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Basic computer skills and ability to complete shipping documentation
