Job DescriptionProvide service, testing, inspection and repair of fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and associated equipment.Install and repair all types of fixed extinguishing systems, including underground pipingDiagnose and evaluate systems which require servicing; troubleshoot issues that arise during inspectionProvide solutions and/or recommendations to bring systems back in operating working condition in the most beneficial way for the customerComplete all activities related to service and installation of fire protection systemsComplete quarterly, annual, 5-year and pump run inspections per NFPA 25 guidelinesRequirementsState of California Sprinkler Fitter CardMinimum of 5 years' industry experience inspecting and repairing fire sprinkler systemsMechanically inclined with a positive attitudeAbility to work independently and/or direct others as requiredAbility to pass drug screen and background checkPossess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift about 80 pounds and safely climb laddersThe ability to respond quickly to dangerous situationsThe ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spacesStrong mechanical background is requiredBenefitsMedical, dental, vision insurance;Flexible Spending Account(s);Life insurance;401(k) retirement plan with generous company match;Paid holiday and vacation days
