This is an onsite, permanent role, in Farmingdale, NY . This full-time role offers an opportunity to perform and validate laboratory tests, maintain equipment and documentation, and uphold rigorous quality standards to support the accuracy and integrity of clinical research.Responsibilities of the Medical Technologist include: Operate and maintain laboratory automation equipment following established protocols and safety procedures. Conduct routine equipment checks, calibrations, quality control, and preventive maintenance in line with lab standards. Ensure test accuracy by strictly adhering to Quality Control procedures and standard operating guidelines. Accurately document all assay activities and test results for reporting and compliance purposes. Perform assigned proficiency testing and handle specimens in a unidirectional workflow to prevent cross-contamination.
