The Infrastructure M&A PM will split time between the infrastructure work stream of an M&A project along with assisting with projects in our Operational Technology space. Really looking for a Senior PM for this role, the Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) is high profile. The role is remote. The client prefers candidates who are within driving distance of the office in the event of meetings or other required attendance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage multiple M&A technical work streams in terms of scope, identify critical variables, and devise execution and contingency plans.
- Proactively manage Operational Technology/SCADA projects.
- Manage all aspects for project execution including discovery, schedule management, financial forecasting, prime contract compliance, progress reporting, & customer relations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation related to Project Planning, schedule & budgets, project risks, and lessons learned.
- Define project baseline, scope, resource allocation and deliverables.
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Managing multiple vendors involved in various projects.
- Identify and assist with developing process improvements.
- Timely update of the PMO artifacts and documentation to make sure they are latest and greatest.
Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong Technical Project Management experience.
- Experience in managing Mergers & Acquisition tasks including applications, end user equipment, infrastructure, and information security requirements.

Job Overview

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $102,300 - $150,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
