We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in setting and adjusting welding equipment for a variety of applications and interpreting drawings and specifications. This role requires a strong ability to work with both large and small weldments while adhering to all safety and company policies.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set and adjust welder for various applications.
+ Interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
+ Utilize various clamping tools, fixtures, hand grinders, and devices effectively.
+ Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
+ Weld both large and small weldments proficiently.
+ Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
+ Lift 40+ pounds repeatedly.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of experience in MIG welding.
+ Proficiency with MIG welders, grinders, and cutting tools.
+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and decimals.
+ Ability to understand and accurately use a tape measure.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with TIG welding is a plus.
+ Knowledge of welding with stainless steel, mild steel, and flux core.
