**Position Purpose:** The Network Performance Advisor (NPA) serves as a key point of contact and liaison between assigned strategic providers and various departments within WellCare, including Quality, Operations, Finance, Health Services and other shared services departments. The NPA is responsible for ensuring white glove service to the providers. The NPA will develop and execute the strategy for their assigned providers, including building strong working relationship; building trust, maintaining high provider satisfaction and helping providers improve their performance. The Network Performance Advisor will be responsible for executing Network Transformation Strategies in order to manage overall network performance. The NPA will be responsible for the provider's overall performance.

+ Influences provider behaviors to drive improvements in provider & member satisfaction, optimizing member outcomes and maximizing shared savings.

+ Serves as a primary liaison to providers on claim related content working with other departments for resolution.

+ Plans, prepares, and executes effective group meetings/discussions with proper objectives and outcome.

Education/Experience:

5+ years of experience in Network Management/Network Development, Provider Relations, Risk and/or Value Base Contracting, managed care organization. 2+ years of experience in Account Management or management experience
Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year

As a System Engineer with network expertise, working with our Client's product suite you will solve clients enterprise-wide network, cloud, application, and server capacity and performance issues. This position combines engineering disciplines with a business focus for delivering IT performance management solutions. You will utilize our Client's technologies to plan, design, deploy, operate, manage and optimize IT infrastructures.
- Serve as an expert in cloud migration, WAN optimization, networking and application performance, and/or applications delivery, utilizing Riverbeds complete Application Performance portfolio
- Provide specialized planning and design expertise in data center consolidation and data migration, network configuration and analysis, application performance troubleshooting and/or optimization
- Analyze and understand customers IT organization, requirements and processes, and use this knowledge to assist in achieving full adoption and utilization of Clients solutions to maximize ROI and business value
- Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, and overall product solutions
- Produce solutions to fulfill customer needs within budget and schedule constraints
- Work directly with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Strong systems administration (Linux) skills including cloud environments.
- Solid experience in providing support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for infrastructure sytems.
