  11. Charts in the medical record utilizing age-appropriate wellness assessment tools, assuring accurate and timely completion of data entry into the patient medical record.
  12. Provides support and counseling for patients with chronic disease regarding physical, psychosocial, and environmental well-being.
  13. Prescribes drugs and devices incidental to the provision of health care (within the guidelines of the collaborative agreement) and family planning in accordance with State of Michigan law.

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead patient care at our new Kelowna, BC clinic. This role blends clinical expertise with a consultative, sales-oriented approach to help men take charge of their health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 5-8 patient consultations daily, including lab reviews and treatment planning

  • Prescribe and manage therapies for testosterone, ED, peptides, and wellness

  • Educate patients and promote membership packages (monthly to annual)

  • Administer injections (IM, PRP) and manage follow-ups

  • Collaborate with clinic staff and maintain census goals

  • Clinic hours, M-F 9am- 5pm

Qualifications:

  • Active NP license in BC; DEA license (company-paid)

  • Strong knowledge of hormone therapy, TRT, peptides, and men's wellness

  • Confident, personable, and sales-savvy with excellent follow-up skills

  • Experience in urology, endocrinology, or holistic/internal medicine preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $100/hr Canadian

  • Monthly performance bonus: 1.5% of clinic's gross revenue

  • $00 monthly bonus for achieving 75%+ patient close rate

  • Full coverage of DEA registration, state licensing, and malpractice insurance
