Your Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
As a key member of our Primary Care team, you'll provide essential nursing care, support chronic disease management, and help coordinate referrals and specialist services. What You'll Do

Responsibilities

Work Environment
The work environment is a community health center with flexible scheduling. The office operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and caters to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics. Training will be provided, ranging from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the candidate's ability to learn quickly. Training includes onboarding, orientation, and shadowing. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours a day, stoop, kneel, crouch, extend without restrictions, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Excellent hand/eye coordination is necessary.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
