Skill and proficiency in applying the technical skills of practical nursing. Such proficiency is acquired through completion of an approved Practical Nurse Program. Knowledge of human growth and development necessary for assessment, range of treatment and care of patients appropriate to the patient’s age as acquired through formal education course work. Current licensure or permit as a Practical Nurse in the state of Arkansas. Meets minimum standard set for pharmacy exam.

CNA openings available on all three Shifts:
1st shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
3rd shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am
CNA Base Pay, Shift premium pay & Opportunity for Overtime:
$3.75/hr -CNA base pay per hour plus 2.00/hr shift premium, if hired for 2nd shift.
13.75/hr-CNA base pay per hour plus 1.00/hr shift premium, if hired for 3rd shift.
13.75/hr-CNA base pay per hour. No shift premium, if hired for 1st shift.
Attendance Incentive Pay for CNAs is 2.00/hr in addition to base pay, if employee complies with the 4 rules attached to the Incentive Pay program on a per pay-period basis. See rules below: If you're not compliant one pay-period, you may try again on the next one.
4 Rules Tied to Attendance Incentive Program:
1. Cannot have any absences during a 2 week pay-period.
2. Has to clock in on time during shift.
3. Has to clock out on time at end of shift.
4. Attend Mandatory In-service meetings every other pay-period, unless meeting is cancelled.
