The Work
+ Gather and analyze business requirements.
+ Working with Business stakeholders, refine Features to determine Acceptance Criteria and Solution Approach.
+ Create functional designs to satisfy business requirements using Oracle Utilities products like Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), and Customer to Meter (C2M).
+ Configure Oracle Utilities products to meet requirements.
+ Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
+ Work closely with the Technical Designers to ensure the technical solutions align with the solution approach.
+ Define test cases that cover important business scenarios.
+ Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle.
+ Lead, coach, and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project).
+ Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered.
+ Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts

Here's what you need
+ Minimum 3 years of work experience in C2M Payments for electric utilities .
+ Minimum of 3 year of experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, creating business process flows, refining features, and developing functional designs.
+ Minimum of 3 year of experience in creating elegant solutions to extend the Oracle Utilities application functionality.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

This role is responsible for designing and improving user experiences across our digital platforms, with a focus on UI design, front-end execution, and video content creation. Core Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to support web, dashboard, and quoting tool development

This role is perfect for a creative problem-solver with a strong sense of visual storytelling and art direction , capable of both hands-on execution and high-level design strategy. Youll help shape the aesthetic identity and usability of products at the intersection of Generative AI, social, and gaming .
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from wireframes to polished visuals, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and artists to align user experience with core gameplay and business goals.
- Establish and evolve the visual identity and design language of our products, ensuring a cohesive and compelling aesthetic.
- Develop interactive prototypes and user flows to test and refine usability, gathering feedback from internal teams and users.
- Work with AI-driven design tools to explore new workflows, automation techniques, and creative possibilities.
- Guide art direction for UI elements, including icons, HUDs, menus, and in-game overlays.
- 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design in gaming.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX, visual storytelling, and interaction design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Experience designing for free-to-play games, understanding player behavior and engagement loops.
- Passionate about user-generated content (UGC) and open-world sandbox experiences, with a strong understanding of player creativity and emergent gameplay.
- Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality, creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
- Strong art direction skills with an eye for composition, color, and typography.
- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and procedural content generation.
- Experience working on social or creator-driven platforms.
- Basic knowledge of game engines (Unity, Unreal) and implementation of UI assets.
Successful candidates for this position can expect a competitive salary within the range of $120,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary structure, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.
