Position Summary
We're hiring a General Dentist with a passion for pediatrics to join our growing team! This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys working with children, excels in preventive and restorative pediatric care, and is committed to creating a calm, supportive atmosphere.
Compensation
- Daily Guarantee: $1,000-$,200 in perpetuity
- Production-Based Pay: 35% of Net Production
- Retention Bonus: Up to 60,000 over 2 years
(Paid at 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years. DOE & at practice discretion)
Work Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities
Preventive Care
- Routine exams and cleanings
- Fluoride treatments and sealants
- Patient/parent education on oral hygiene, diet, and habits
Restorative & Pediatric Treatments
- Fillings, crowns (including stainless steel), and root canals
- Pulpotomy and pulpectomy (baby root canals)
- Extractions, space maintainers, and treatment of dental injuries
- Early orthodontic assessments
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active NY State dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year experience of general dentistry treating pediatric patient OR completion of an AEGD or GPR with pediatric emphasis
- Nitrous certification a plus

**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
