About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager (SCM) to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The SCM will be responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of goods, services, and information from suppliers to customers. This includes procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution, all while ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary supply chain liaison between the Buyers and Factory Stakeholders
- Daily engagement with project management, planning, and buying teams

- Purchase materials and supplies

The Reverse Logistics and RMA Inventory Coordinator is responsible for supporting the integrity and efficiency of reverse logistics processes, including return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), inventory tracking, and materials movement. This role works semi-autonomously within established procedures, ensuring timely RMA returns, maintaining accurate inventory records, and proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the reverse supply chain. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be systems-oriented, and exhibit consistent follow-through in communication and task execution.
RMA Monitoring and Follow-Up:

Tracking open RMAs issued by OEMs and the Global Supply Chain (GSC) using Smartsheet-based dashboards and reports.

Loading daily/weekly RMA data into Smartsheet systems to generate automated reminder emails.

Conducting direct outreach to field personnel for RMAs pending return beyond 30 days.

Investigating and documenting resolution outcomes such as returned, lost, stolen, vandalized, or non-returnable (damaged beyond use) inventory.

Ensuring every unit sent to Network Assurance is part of a 1-for-1 exchange and is closed upon return to Distribution Center (DC) or OEM (vendor).
Reverse Logistics Oversight:

Conducting ongoing inventory audits of F000 to ensure stock levels are balanced by:

Replenishing shortfalls using stock from locations 3000, CERT, or 2000

You’ll need to have:

- Execute the infrastructure project plan for the facility. This includes the implementation of the standardization programs for all supply chain functions, SMART cleanup, master file standardization, online requisitioning, and EDI
- Facilitate the implementation of market-based purchasing projects at the facility
- Execute the implementation and operational plan for all of the point of use systems
- Coordinate, manage, and evaluate facility Supply Chain personnel
- Create a supportive environment for supply chain staff development and the delivery of supply chain solutions
- Raise and resolve facility-based supply chain issues and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate and drive efforts to enable supply improvement initiatives (SII) to succeed within the facility

- Actively seeks ways to control costs without compromising patient safety, quality of care of the services delivered
- Attends in-service presentations, and complete mandatory education weekly including, but not limited to, infection control, patient safety, quality improvements, MSDS and OSHA Standards
- Demonstrates knowledge of occurrence reporting system and utilizes system to report potential patient safety issues
- Is authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug containing devices relative to core competencies of the position

Education and Experience:
