POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Receiving & Put-Away Lead to join our Warehouse Operations team. This role is critical in overseeing the inbound flow of product from receiving through to accurate put-away in inventory. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience in warehouse settings, is fluent in inventory management tools like Deposco, and is capable of resolving discrepancies with efficiency and clarity. This person should lead by example and ensure the team executes all tasks safely, quickly, and accurately.

This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position located in Las Vegas, NV.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving Operations
  • Receive and close out purchase orders, including sweeps and transfers
  • Troubleshoot common receiving issues (unbuilt POs, shipment discrepancies, voiding/rollback, label printing, etc.)
  • Perform ITO inbound maintenance and resolve any missing item errors
  • Prioritize incoming POs based on events, brand demand, and VIP transfers
  • Measure apparel SKUs as needed for product listings
  • Maintain stock of receiving supplies and reorder when needed

Put-Away Operations
  • Lead team through Move Stock, Move Inventory, and Cycle Count tasks
  • Manage top stock replenishment, RecPallet organization, and proper product placement
  • Create and maintain container and location data
  • Ensure accurate placement in pickable, non-pickable, and no-push zones

Inventory Research & Resolution
  • Execute deep inventory research protocols and reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Identify and correct missing or extra items, on-hold or misrouted products, and mismanaged POs
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management

Team Leadership & Training
  • Train team members in all Receiving and Put-Away procedures
  • Uphold strong leadership, communication, and accountability standards
  • Collaborate with other warehouse teams and maintain clear Asana task visibility
  • Identify and report team deficiencies or process breakdowns

Project & Task Management
  • Organize inventory projects and workload during high/low periods
  • Lead quick-turnaround projects and task delegation
  • Monitor team productivity using SUM dashboards and Deposco widgets

Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and team objectives
