• Vehicle Factory Certifications and/ or ASE
• Minimum 3 years work experience required; time to time we have apprentice positions available (less than 3 years work experience).
• Strong Preference will be given to technicians with additional Euro brand experience Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley)

Job Description

Location: Port Charlotte, FL (On Site) | Type: Full Time | Pay: $40,000 - $45,000/year+

We are seeking a Salesperson to work for us at Norm Reeves Volkswagen of Port Charlotte ! Your main duties will include conducting test drives, showcasing vehicles, building and maintaining relationships with customers to understand automotive preferences and match them to their dream vehicle.

Schedule: Must have availability from Monday - Saturday, 8AM - 8:30 PM and Sunday's from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Two days off during the week.

What You’ll Do:

• Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential
• Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
• Assist guests in selecting a new/used vehicle
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guests to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in Sales or a similar role is preferred
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

This highly accountable position uses lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest. The eSales Agent will be trained to understand all products and services offered, will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs. Qualifications:

· 2+ years of Service Technician experience required

· ASE Certification preferred

· Basic computer skills

· Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

· Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

· Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

· Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

· Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.

· Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
