In this role, you'll provide direct patient care and play a key role in supporting our young patients and their families. Hiring range is between $27.30-$4.25/hour and placement in the range is dependent on evaluation of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rooming patients and assisting with procedures
- Coordinating patient care and returning phone calls/MyChart messages
- Communicating clinician recommendations to patients
- Refilling prescriptions and administering injections per protocol/orders
Must have excellent attendance! Consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance is crucial in helping us fulfill our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care. We require our employees to adhere to our attendance standards, as frequent deviations make it difficult to provide care for our patients and support our coworkers.
Available Schedules/Locations (NO overnights, NO call!):
:: Full-Time at Battle Ground: Monday (7:30a-4:30p), Tuesday (7:30a-6:30p), Wednesday (7:30a-4:30p), Thursday (7:30a-4:30p), Friday (7:30a-3:30p)
:: Full-Time at 87th Ave: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days
Requirements:
- Active unencumbered Washington LPN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required
- Current Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
- Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred
Pay Range:
26.80 - 37.52

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
