The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will sell products and services offered by the company to current and new clientele.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Responsibilities/Duties:**
+ Generate sales in line with assigned Territory quota (i.e. call activity, sales goals, etc.)
+ Conduct Dermatology product details via the phone to HCP offices (based on defined promotional roles and requirement provided by the Customer)
+ Conduct outbound call, identify, contact, and introduce a virtual sales presentation (detail) to customer target audience. Key influencers and office staff to generate sales in line with the assigned quota.
+ Demonstrate successful sales experience and approach to gain access to target population via remote engagement tactics.
+ Maintain and update current and prospective target Prescriber profiles
+ Keep current with market knowledge and competitive products
+ Maintain a professional image for Customer and Customer Products
+ Participate in all required training and sales meetings
+ Plan and organize Territory to meet sales and call targets
+ Make sales presentations (Details) - individual, one-on-one, in-services via the phone.
+ If applicable, maintain sample inventories, distribute samples, comply with sample accountability procedures and policies, comply with the Prescription Drug Marketing Act of 1987 ("PDMA")
+ Make complete, accurate and timely submission of all time-keeping, Details, call activity, expense reports, and sample activity when applicable.
+ Compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets
+ Organize or coordinate lunch & learns as appropriate.
+ Have appropriate interaction with co-promotional partners or counterparts
**Qualifications/Experience:**
+ 4-year degree from an accredited college/university is required.
+ Experience working in a call center is preferred.
+ Some B2B sales experience is a plus.
+ Must be willing to travel to office daily Monday-Friday to work flexible hours, as needed.
+ Have a valid driver's license and be insurable.
+ Ability to travel as needed for Sales Meetings
