Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urology Physician to provide high-quality care in various settings, including Office, Urgent Care, House Calls, and Nursing Home divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients, including those in nursing homes.
- Order tests, analyze results, and refer to specialists when needed.
- Diagnose conditions and prescribe appropriate treatments and medications.
- Advise patients on lifestyle and dietary changes to improve health.
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and ensure patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Palliative Care, Family Medicine, or related fields.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school.
- Completed residency and/or fellowship as required.
- Active NY Medical License, DEA, and DPS registration (may be completed during credentialing).
- Experience in primary care and diagnostic services.
- Team-oriented with excellent patient care skills.
