Pick
-Assembles merchandise orders according to conditions on pick tickets
-Ensures all orders are picked, unless a requested item is out of stock
-Know the location of all merchandise within the distribution center
-Move buggy to packing line
Pack
-Pack merchandise according to customer requirements
-Seal cartons using tape or other materials
-Examine and inspect cartons and materials to ensure packing specifications are met
-Mark and label cartons using marking tools
Stock
-Move stock from reserve warehouse to active warehouse
-Open cartons using cutting tool
-Ensure merchandise is placed in the proper location
-Breakdown boxes using cutting tool
Lift Operator
-Manually load or unload materials onto or off lifting devices.
-Move levers and controls that operate lifting devices, such as fork and elevating platforms, to load, unload, transport, and stack material.
-Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as cleaning and fueling.
-Position lifting devices under, over or around loaded pallets, skids, and boxes and secure material or products for transport to designated areas.
-Signal workers to discharge, dump or level materials.
-Weigh materials or products, and record weight and other production data on tags or labels.
Shipping
-Ensure all packages are sent to the correct shipping line.
-Ensure billing matches the stock that is shipped
-Assist with lining up trucks in shipping bay
-Operates the FedEx and UPS shipping lines
-Assist with loading trucks Receiving Clerk
- Unload incoming packages from truck and put them in reserve or active section of warehouse - Scan label for receiving manifest
- Verify received packages against document manifest
Receiving Coordinator
- Line up trucks in receiving bay
- Set up the computer system for the truck to be scanned upon arrival, this lets them know what stock is supposed to be on the truck
- Performs re-checks to ensure all stock is accounted for
- Researches all variances in stock
- Speaks with Customer Service via phone and email
- prioritize shipments with customer service
- Handles all emails concerning receiving floor

- Contribute to team effort by training others in performance of material handler tasks as needed
- Inspect all work prior to passing it on to the next operation

- Must be able to move, unload, and put-away a variety of materials with a PIT (Power Industrial Truck). Will be responsible for unloading trailers, picking from a rack and bin system, and put-away from a rack and bin system.
We are looking for someone who:
- Must be able to safety use pallet jacks, forklifts, stackers and other manual and powered moving equipment
- Must be able to read and interpret Bills of Material
- Must have intermediate level computer skills
- Has the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others to support the manufacturing processes
- Must be able to provide proof of previous forklift certification. Must be able to demonstrate core competence, operation, and safe working knowledge of a sit-down and a stand-up PIT (Power Industrial Truck).
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Holds a High School diploma, GED or combination of work experience and skill development required
- Has 1-3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment ideally
- Has previous warehouse or manufacturing experience ideally
- Must be able to operate powered lift equipment such as forklifts and stackers and pass written and practical evaluations
- Has 3-5 years PIT (Power Industrial Truck) or Forklift
