This role will help shape the development, prioritization, and delivery of the US Pest Sales team's long-term plan by leveraging historical sales performance and analysis to develop best-of-breed sales forecasting and modeling that drive revenue and profit growth.
The Sales Predictive Analytics & Modeling Manager will support functional and enterprise-level sales reporting for US Pest. This position is primarily responsible for developing accurate forecasting and modeling for each sales organization aligned with FP&A targets. This role will also work cross-functionally with the marketing and product teams to develop required annual and month lead and LOB targets. This role will lead the delivery of sales performance results for monthly performance reviews, including supporting variance analysis, commentary, and other supplemental modeling. This role will also provide additional support for other intelligence and planning managers. To be successful in this role, maintaining a strong knowledge of the business and seasonality through communication with sales and operational leadership, FP&A, business intelligence, and marketing and product leadership is required.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Lead the annual development and rollout of Sales Quotas and Sales Bridges to meet growth targets at the branch level
- Development, rollout, and maintenance of required accurate harmonized SQL and sales projection models
- Development of LOB targets in partnership with product teams, including any supporting reporting
- Development, rollout, and maintenance of accurate sales performance across all sales channels for MPRs
- Create processes of checks and balances and controls to ensure accurate data is delivered to stakeholders in alignment with data governance definitions
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales improvement
- Proactive strategic alignment with the financial planning & analysis team
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis, including strategic summaries and recommendations based on research and data to drive high-impact results to senior leadership
- Work cross-functionally to support key business decisions

- Lead the annual strategic planning and development of sales bridges to meet company growth targets. This will include the development of individual sales quotas (ISQs) for all US Pest sales colleagues in front-line selling roles and area/regional managers. Significant partnership with operations, sales, and finance leadership will be required.
- Lead the development and implementation of lead (SQL) and sales targets each month, providing details by market, branch, sales org, and lead type
- Maintain a close partnership and liaison with the financial planning and analysis team to ensure alignment of sales performance and company targets
- Own overall, high-level sales monthly performance review reporting and results. This will include collaborating with stakeholders to provide value-added insights to drive needed actions through financial analytics and sales performance measurements
- Act as a thought partner to other functions, including the product team, to support key business decisions, from day-to-day operational decisions to large-scale strategic shifts, by providing accurate sales data and in-depth analysis
- Monitor, track, and report against key corporate and sales initiatives and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence
- Partner with sales intelligence and planning managers to ensure (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual) targets are achievable at a sales org level based on variables such as seasonality, lead generation, and headcount
- Ensure swift, on-time, accurate delivery of ad hoc sales-related metrics and reporting requests for various levels of leadership, including market-level leadership, executive leadership, and board leadership
- Proactively identify intelligence needs for high-level sales reporting. This will include improving and/or consolidating current data tools to support growth
- Design, develop, & deliver new comprehensive dashboards using advanced methods of combining charts, maps, timelines, and infographics that can communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Partner with various functional leads to measure the financial effectiveness of various incentives, campaigns, and contests
- Proactively identify strategic opportunities to drive new sales through analysis to identify root cause of business problems / poor performance and/or develop long-lasting, data-driven solutions
- Manage multiple large, complex data projects from end to end that often have cross-functional dependencies
- Partner with sales leadership and other functional leaders to establish processes and drive process improvements to optimize and improve sales forecasting accuracy and alignment with data governance definitions
- Ensure business requirements of enterprise-level sales KPIs and processes are documented and continually maintained in datasets
- Assist in writing complex business rules to provide additional reporting capabilities
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence, leadership, and end consumers to manage scope and drive priorities for enterprise-level sales reporting. Actively participate in various workstreams and projects as the functional voice of enterprise-level sales reporting
- 8+ years data/analytical experience, including 5+ years sales and financial, compensation, and/or large budget management
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing growth tactics
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written skills are a must due to participation in communications with senior management and the broader organization

This will include the development of individual sales quotas (ISQs) for all US Pest sales colleagues in front-line selling roles and area/regional managers. Lead the development and implementation of lead (SQL) and sales targets each month, providing details by market, branch, sales org, and lead type Maintain a close partnership and liaison with the financial planning and analysis team to ensure alignment of sales performance and company targets Own overall, high-level sales monthly performance review reporting and results. ADM is seeking a Director Asset Reliability and Predictive Analytics to help drive improvements in asset performance related to unscheduled losses with an increased focused on planned, proactive and predictive maintenance strategies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about safety, a critical thinker, proven people leader, and effective communicator. He/she will also have experience in the end-to-end processes related to Reliability and Maintenance best practices within a large processing operation with multi-site responsibilities at the corporate level.
This position has multiple priorities across our sizeable asset footprint in different geographies and will collaborate with Regional Directors, Plant Managers, Maintenance Managers, other business leaders and peers across the company to create, implement and execute an enterprise-wide reliability program to drive a culture of improved asset performance. The successful individual will help develop the predictive asset heath and analytics framework, guide the technology stack development for acquiring asset condition & health, and developing the optimal strategies to maintain while ensuring the most cost-efficient use of cash to meet sustainable asset performance goals. He/she will ensure that these strategies are implemented consistently in the CMMS and continuously improved.
The role will be responsible for building the right capabilities, supporting our engagement strategies with sites, and identifying the key roles needed at our focus sites for successful execution of our strategies and plans. The role is expected to "move the needle" and drive significant and sustainable improvements in equipment reliability while optimizing cost and managing risk.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Manage a team of senior reliability professionals that support regional directors to accelerate and deliver on asset performance goals.
+ Partner with regional directors and performance excellence teams in improving asset downtime and our production loss accounting & reporting systems.
+ Develop reliability processes and practices in inline ADM asset management process elements to support the review and analysis of asset performance data and maintenance history to identify trends, predict failures, and directs improvement plans to close gaps.
+ Collaborate with and guide maintenance and operations teams to develop and refine preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
+ Provide technical support and expertise to the operations and maintenance teams on troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
+ Develop and improve the root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies for core, common and critical equipment failures, identify corrective actions, and implement long-term fixes to prevent recurrence.
+ Develop, maintain, and communicate Key Performance Indicators to track reliability performance across the multiple business units.
+ Assess our install based of assets and develop statistical risk-based approaches to help inform our asset reinvestment plans and associated capital expenditures.
+ Develop and support continuous improvement projects with the CAPEX team aimed at reducing downtime, improving equipment safety, and increasing the reliability of plant operations.
+ Owns the defect elimination and process and helps in upskilling site and regional reliability teams in its use and application.
+ Ensures that the right asset health programs are in place and followed.
+ Sets up Design for Reliability (D4R) and early equipment management processes.
+ Partner with peers in the Technical Excellence Centers, BU partners and site in developing and rolling out annual budgeting processes that is informed by asset condition, asset performance and business requirements.
+ Provide leadership, mentoring and training to all levels of the organization on the use and application of reliability best practices and related tools.
+ Create and maintain a preventive and predictive maintenance program to minimize unplanned downtime, maximize equipment useful life and enhance overall plant efficiency.
**Minimum Requirements:**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering.
**Length of experience:**
+ 12+ years' progressive experience in experience in the reliability field with at least 5 years in a corporate leadership role, ideally with oversight over multiple processing plants.
**Other:**
+ Area Technical Expert in reliability with focus on defect elimination and asset performance management processes and practices
+ Strong knowledge of reliability principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCFA, RCM, PMO)
+ Demonstrated knowledge use and application of Life Data Analysis and other statistical tools to determine reliability improvement opportunities.
+ Previous experience with deploying predictive technologies for asset health monitoring.
+ Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and train reliability professionals.
+ Ability to articulate both technical and business challenges and their solutions, as it relates to asset reliability.
+ Previous management experience in union or non-unionized environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to create collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex projects and priorities, ability to pivot when priorities change.
