ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) within Prime Line’s Global Sourcing team, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering custom-made promotional products sourced from around the world. This team specializes in creating tailored solutions that meet unique customer needs, leveraging global partnerships and agile sourcing strategies.

In this role, you’ll drive revenue growth and optimize gross margin across your assigned territory. You’ll cultivate lasting customer relationships through creativity, responsiveness, and exceptional service. From initial concept to final delivery, you’ll own the customer experience, managing orders, aligning expectations, and ensuring satisfaction every step of the way.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and margin goals set by leadership
  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with customers
  • Engage in proactive sales outreach, including outbound calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits
  • Win new business by identifying opportunities, presenting compelling solutions, and closing deals
  • Follow up with urgency and persistence to convert leads into sales
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Prime Line’s inside sales, field reps, and internal teams to support customer success

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Key job responsibilities

• Conduct ground/flight training sessions in both aircraft and simulators, maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

• Instruct students on ground school curricula and other topics.

• Develop individualized training solutions based on student needs.

• Prepare students and crew for written, oral and practical flight exams.

• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students and crew improve their knowledge and skills.

• Ensure student adherence to safety procedures during flight and ground operations.

• Conduct Line Observations and proficiency checks for certificated crew.

• Assist in development and updating of training materials and curricula.

• Stay current with Flight Monitor, Automated Vehicle Assistant, Repair Tech and Flight Operations Coordinator roles and best practices.

Prime Air is seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Flight Monitor to join our dynamic team. This critical role is central to our commitment to delivering packages safely, efficiently, and reliably through our advanced drone fleet. The Flight Monitor will be responsible for real-time monitoring of drone flights, ensuring operational compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Key job responsibilities
- Continuously monitor the status of all active drone flights within the assigned region, utilizing our state-of-the-art monitoring systems.
- Identify and respond to any deviations from planned flight paths or operational parameters.
- Ensure all drone flights comply with regulatory requirements and company safety policies.
- Coordinate effectively with the relevant teams to implement immediate response strategies to mitigate risks and resolve situations.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on flight activities, incidents, and anomalies. Provide feedback and insights to support continuous operational improvement.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Adherence to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes.
This role requires the ability to carry/lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach.
This role requires the ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
This role may require travel, up to 25% of the time
Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon's ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.
This position will be subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing if conducting safety sensitive functions as defined by the FAA. Federal law also requires Amazon to determine an applicant's DOT drug and/or alcohol testing history prior to hiring him/her into a position that would require them to conduct safety sensitive functions as defined by the FAA.
Basic Qualifications
- Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate
- Understanding and application of FAA regulations and aviation policy and safety protocols
- Ability to interpret flight monitoring systems or similar technical platforms
- Knowledge of weather patterns and their impact on flight operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in aviation, drone operations, or a similar real-time monitoring role
- Experience with technical or engineering record keeping methods and tools
- Excellent decision-making capabilities under pressure
- Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
