**Senior Consultant, Product Sales Specialist - NPHS**
The Product Sales Specialist is responsible for developing opportunities, selling, growing and maintaining product utilization among targeted healthcare providers and administrators. The incumbent will drive revenue and profitability of our exclusive technology, to new and existing customers. They accomplish this through product and service differentiation. They will actively partner with sales representatives, distribution partners and directors in their respective geographies. The Product Sales Specialist will be held accountable for learning and maintaining a standard level of job knowledge related to their responsibilities, the product(s) they promote and the disease state they are utilized in. The incumbent may be present at appropriate venues such as customers sales calls, medical professional conferences, distributor meetings, internal company events, etc. The Product Sales Specialist will represent the company in a professional manner at all times and comply with all legal and regulatory guidelines.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Implement sales strategies at the account and territory level.
+ Develop productive, professional business relationships within institutions with all key prospective product users and purchasing influencers.
+ Understand and comply with all provider institutional policies related to access and the introduction, education, evaluation, and usage of new pharmaceutical products (e.g.: formulary, vendor access).
+ Understand and comply with all policies within each individual institution which govern the activities of sales representatives.
+ Take responsibility and full accountability for achieving defined product sales forecast.
+ Takes ownership for the territory business development strategy that includes referring physician specialties, hospital/imaging centers, nuclear medicine departments and authorized suppliers.
+ Conduct all activities within defined expense budget, unless otherwise directed.
+ Communicate frequently with Director regarding progress, accomplishments, needs, and key observations related to the product, competitive products/approaches, and market dynamics.
+ Ensure that only approved and current sales materials and messages are used.
+ Manage productive relationships and activities with sales teams, distribution partners and internal stakeholders.
+ Be very familiar with and observe all pharmacovigilance policies and procedures and ensure that any product adverse events are reported promptly and through the appropriate channels.
+ Learn, pass all assessments and maintain a standard level of knowledge related to assigned job responsibilities including product and disease state knowledge.
+ Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
+ Proactively identifies key issues and delivers efficient responses to business development opportunities.
+ Perform other duties and activities as assigned.
**Position Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree preferred in marketing, business, health science, or other related field is heavily preferred
+ 5+ years of healthcare sales within a highly regulated industry
+ Previous sales experience selling to physicians, clinical end-users, materials management, and C-suite desired
+ Strong preference for experience selling and leading teams in the areas of clinical, diagnostic, imaging or lab products and/or services
+ Prior experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology and PET Imaging preferred
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build productive long-term relationships at all levels, including with senior executives
+ Excellent planning, forecasting, negotiation, communication and presentation skills required
+ Valid driver's license
+ Ability to travel 50-75% of time

- Developing and implementing the OEM Key Account Plan, including:
o The key objectives to achieve medium and long-term goals with the OEM
o The strategic fit between the OEM's and SAFRANHE's product roadmaps
o The medium-term Action Plan and long-term vision to initiate and conclude new commercial and industrial opportunities
Required Competencies; Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities:
- Master's degree in Sales, Marketing or Contract negotiation and administration
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing business development or programs in the US aerospace or defense market with experience in aerospace products and services, preferably in propulsion systems
- Previous experience in a complex, multinational environment
- Strong leadership and initiative, able to operate in a complex environment and develop the situation to grow business.
- Ability to anticipate and react to potential issues in a timely manner and develop needed action plans through the entire SAFRANHE community

Traffic Product Regional Sales Manager Job Overview:

Applied Concepts has an exciting opportunity at our Richardson R&D facility, where you will be contributing to our Speed Enforcement and Intelligent Traffic Systems product lines. You will help leverage our 48 years of technology expertise in Radar, Lidar, and traffic safety to provide our customers with advanced, connected, real-time information systems that deliver value ranging from optimized traffic patterns to life-saving hazard avoidance. In this role, you will provide technical leadership for product development projects from a software perspective. You will work with a cross-functional team of experts to deliver innovative solutions spanning the entire product development life cycle, from planning and architecture development to production hand-off and continuous improvement activities. You must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where today's collaboration and innovation drive tomorrow's successes.

The compensation for this position is a combination of base salary, commissions, and bonuses. Base salary of $75,000 plus uncapped commissions on product sales in your assigned region. At quota, your total earnings will be between $50,000 and 160,000.

Traffic Product Regional Sales Manager How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Work alongside with inside sales partner for sales strategy in regions.
  • Call on and visit customer base throughout the US in a specific region.
  • Attend trade shows as needed.
  • Work with specific customer base developing relationships and keeping customers informed of current product lines.
  • Stay technically abreast of emerging technologies, techniques, and methodologies to support an inventive environment.
  • Use customer input for any new or modified current products that we may be adle to develop.
  • Update Product Management of customer request for new or modified products.
  • Provide technical input to the Product Management team.

Traffic Product Regional Sales Manager What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in the Traffic/Public Works market, or sales experience selling to Government agencies specifically Public Works and traffic management departments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite of products.
  • Hands-on knowledge of traffic safety products.

The Business Development Executive will work closely with the client solutions team and Microsoft to develop differentiated innovative solutions that help our clients gain competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities with both existing and new potential clients;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understand their business requirements, and create compelling value propositions leveraging our digital studio capabilities;
  • Establish strong, trusted relationships with Microsoft to position our organization as the premier partner that can help Microsoft increase cloud consumption via our digital studio approach;
  • Work closely with the client solutions and delivery team to create differentiated proposals for clients;
  • Develop territory and account plans that clearly articulate our strategy to grow and maintain long-term profitable client relationships;
  • Collaborate with the Go-to-market and Alliance teams to execute sales campaigns and initiatives;
  • Build a sales pipeline, manage sales opportunities, and forecast revenue projections;
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure a positive experience and identify areas for improvement.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field;
  • 5+ years working in the Microsoft partner channel, existing Microsoft relationships preferred;
  • Proven track record selling cloud-based professional and managed services;
  • Commercially savvy and able to negotiate contracts and profitable terms with clients;
  • Solid understanding of the typical commercial deal structures and pricing options in the consulting and managed services space;
  • Must be entrepreneurial and have a passion for building a portfolio of clients that are committed to long-term relationships;
  • Must be a team player and enjoy collaborating with our client solutions and leaders to shape and close business.
