•Ensure Safety and Compliance: You'll take the lead in maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant production environment. Monitoring safety standards and operational procedures will be crucial to preventing risks and fostering a culture of care within the team.
•Report and Reflect: Regularly present data-driven insights and performance reports to leadership. Your ability to clearly communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations will help inform strategic decisions at the organizational level.

Qualifications

•Proven experience managing production operations in fast-paced environments, with a focus on improving systems and driving efficiency.

  • Assist with hanging and removing of parts on the powdercoat line.
