**Job Description:**
+ Perform plating processes including line start-up, operation and shut down processes
+ Make adjustments to tanks including temperatures, flow, shut down, etc.
+ Monitoring all machine/line dynamics
+ Check, maintain and adjust pH, feeders, temperatures and complete required documentation of checks
+ Monitor plating results, including review parts, checking for defects and preventing plating defects through process adjustments
+ Troubleshooting of equipment and parts during the plating process
+ Understand customer/vendor parts and requirements
+ Participate in cross training for various departments
+ Perform lock-out, tag-out on necessary equipment
+ Additional responsibilities as assigned
**Required Experience:**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Prior machine operation experience required
+ Ability to safely work with chemicals, chemical identification & understanding of chemistry a plus
+ Preferred Understanding of Electroplating
+ Ability to read blueprints
+ Ability to safely move chemicals using a forklift or other material handling equipment
