As an Assembler, you will assemble Ford truck seats on a nonstop moving assembly line in a climate-controlled environment, performing role rotation every 2 hours, using torque drivers, and completing manual tasks at all three stations.

These Assembly positions require manufacturing or assembly experience, the ability to use hand tools such as torque drivers, availability to work overtime including on short notice, the ability to stand, walk, lift, and reach throughout the shift, safely lift up to 50 lbs., perform repetitive hand movements and gripping tasks, demonstrate sufficient manual dexterity for detailed assembly, and the willingness and ability to rotate roles and stations regularly.

• Plan, direct and coordinate the 24-hour, 7-day production activities to insure that production requirements are made timely, efficiently, and within budget.
