You will lead team members to identify the plant's process improvement opportunities. You will manage production staff to attain production and quality goals. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ 4 years minimum of management experience
+ 5 years experience in machine shop / manufacturing environment
+ Experience with 6s, Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen concepts
+ Knowledge of CNC machining and machining job scheduling
+ Experience with US Government work or Weapon Systems technologies
+ Knowledge and understanding of CNC programs / cycles and Tooling
+ Six Sigma problem solving, if not Six Sigma, some experience with structured problem-solving techniques
+ Experience supervising skilled machinists
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
