This role based in Knoxville, TN with occasional travel to Gatlinburg, TN. The ideal candidate is a passionate individual eager to grow in the field of interdisciplinary production design while working on themed environments that reflect the natural beauty and adventure of Anakeesta, WildSide, and other Revel Group properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing design concepts for projects within Anakeesta, WildSide, and other properties
- Support the design, selection, and procurement of materials, finishes, furniture, and decor to align with project themes.
- Create design presentations, mood boards, and renderings for project approvals.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Work with vendors and specialty contractors to source materials and obtain quotes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design plans.
- Participate in design meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance spaces.
- Stay updated on industry trends and sustainable design practices relevant to Anakeesta and WildSide’s brands.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in interior design, hospitality, or themed entertainment projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through design.

This position is responsible for operating and assisting in the paper mill processing facility, with additional responsibility for ensuring the safety and compliance of operations conducted at the plant, and the quality of material produced during their shift.
The starting hourly rate is between $28 - $36 per hour.
Summary of Essential Functions

The Production Technician I is responsible for monitoring Keurig Dr Pepper's production processes, including operating manufacturing equipment and maintaining compliance with Keurig Dr Pepper's high standards for safety and quality. + 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.
+ Understand and help drive improvement to quality systems and policies (Quality Data System, Safe Quality Food, Good Manufacturing Practices and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
+ Learn to safely operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.
+ Actively engage in resolving production line issues, executing and developing standard work, tracking production data, and participating in KDP's lean daily management process.
+ Actively learn and participate in formal problem-solving processes with team members.
+ Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.

**Total Rewards:**
- Pay starting at $19.43 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $20.46 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

+ 1 year prior experience monitoring of product quality preferred
+ Ability to quickly learn about how processing and packaging equipment works. Mechanical understanding or manufacturing experience preferred.
+ Self-motivated team player with ability to make decisions, communicate and problem solve.
+ Comfort with basic computer functions and ability to quickly learn production software.
+ Basic mathematical skills to make production calculations

+ Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and 50 pounds occasionally.
+ Ability to bend, stretch and stand during entire shift.
