A Typical Workday May Include:

Primary duties include:
Safely performing a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing of corrugated boxes, conducting quality checks, material set-up, machine set-up and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Typical assignments may include debone, cut up, evisceration, stack off, Multivac, overwrap and/or sanitation. + Meets all facility operational plans, to ensure yield, hogs per man hour, line efficiency, CSI, QI, requirements are met.

• Evaluate seed bins to determine necessary repairs

• Wash seed bins using power sprayers

• Cut out replacement sections from the scrap seed bin

• Plastic weld the replacement section using proper welding techniques

• Diagnose common equipment problems and effectively communicate with maintenance personnel

• Coordinate with team members for maximum production efficiency and safety

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime

• Use basic hand tools for routine equipment adjustments and repairs
