As the Production Planner, you will work directly with key stakeholders across fulfillment and corporate operations. + Enhance planning and scheduling processes, gaining insights into production mix and plant operations.
+ Coordinate trial production runs, sourcing materials and ensuring timely execution.
+ Communicate production schedule changes to manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics teams.
+ Lead production planning meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
+ Drive performance analytics, developing strategies to address performance issues, supply chain constraints, and execution challenges.
+ Support product launch initiatives and help achieve departmental and company goals.
+ Assist in forecasting and ordering goods to support production schedules.
+ Collaborate with Procurement to address packaging and ingredient shortages.
+ Engage with internal customers on order adjustments and new product start-ups.
+ Provide backup support to other Production Planners as needed.

**Compensation**
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $9,000 - 128,700/Year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Follow daily routing directions and avoid going off route without exception, unless directed by the Transportation Supervisor or their designee.
- Manage time daily to ensure route is completed within the approved work schedule. Routes are to be 100% completed each day, without exception, unless approved by the Transportation Supervisor or their designee.
- Responsible for the safe loading and unloading of assigned truck. Assist in the safe loading or unloading of other trucks as requested.
- Handle all donated material with safe handling procedures and assigned personal protective equipment at all times. Donations must be handled properly to ensure they return damage free to their destination.
- Train, instruct and supervise truck helper in their WTA, keeping in mind that helper is in a rehabilitation program and that good personal and professional work habits are taught by example, as well as by instruction.
- Responsible for Bag & Tag as instructed by Supervisor and procedure.
- All pre and post checks must be completed daily. Any exceptions found during the pre-check inspection must be reviewed by the Transportation Supervisor prior to operating the vehicle. Any post-check exceptions must be reviewed with the Transportation Supervisor prior to clocking out for the day. All equipment on the truck must be in working order and properly secured for transport.
- As a representative of The Salvation Army, ensure that all customers are treated courteously and with good customer service. Immediately report all donor problems and concerns that occur during donation pick-ups to supervisor, through dispatch.
- Promptly report to immediate supervisor all accidents involving truck, personal injury or property damage.
- Abide by all DOT regulations and state and local laws while maintaining a safe driving record. Attend all driver safety meetings as required.
- Report all infractions of safety procedures to the Transportation Supervisor.
- Adhere to all meal and rest breaks per state law and company policy.

**Responsibilities**
**This position is on a 3rd shift from 11pm - 7am (Monday - Friday) + additional hours on Saturdays.**
**Job Duties:**
· Manage, direct and coordinate all activities related to a production shift to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality
· Typically supervises 40 plus employees
· Coordinate with Scheduler to ensure daily production requirements are achieved
· Carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring & training employees
· Planning, assigning & directing work
· Appraising performance
· Rewarding & disciplining employees
· Addressing complaints & resolving problems
· Ensure all production data is gathered and reported correctly on a daily basis
· Support & improve upon Quality initiatives designed to meet plant goals
· Ensures safety programs are implemented effectively, reviewed regularly and revised as necessary

Summary: To contribute to the production of metal insulated building panels as directed by Supervisor. Skilled Technical Industrial Machine Operator with strong mathematical and communication skills to operate and maintain state-of-the-art equipment used in the production of Kingspan panels. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills and the ability to understand measurements, work collaboratively in teams, apply critical thinking, have quality and safety awareness, and be mechanically oriented.
Essential Duties:- Follows up on work assignments from Supervisor.
- Receives machine/process operations according to need and operator qualification.
- Coordinates resource requirements with the Production Supervisor and other Team Leaders.
- Ensures team productivity remains high by closely coordinating product change and brakes.
- Contribute to the following:
- The Product is manufactured within standard times.
- The Product is manufactured according to the production schedule (timing and sequence).
- The product is manufactured within engineering specifications.
- The product is manufactured with the least amount of material and labor required.
- Assures quality standards are met for all workstation/cell output:
- Records all required data.
- Ensures that all material is properly labeled and placed within proper staging/storage areas.
- Identifies any non-conforming product to the Production Supervisor and Quality Assurance Technicians.
- Ensures that any task performed within the work cell is completed per the written Standard Operating Procedure(s) for that task.
- Completes all Preventative Maintenance requirements within the work cell.
- Reports maintenance requirements to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Communicates to other Team Leaders and the Production Manager when Policy violations are noticed within their work cell or other work areas of the facility.
- Reports infractions to the Production Manager.
- Participates in any required disciplinary action.
- Contribute to an ongoing culture of cleanliness and order within the workstation/cell.
- Reports under-performing Associates or temporary employees to the Production Manager.
- All other duties assigned, as required.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree (related field) preferred.
- Forklift experience (sit-down), (Inhouse certification) Required
Computer Skills:
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook.
