About the Role

Paramount Prints is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This role supports the wallpaper and fabric screen-printing production process by assisting with daily operations, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced production environment.

Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm M-F

You Will
  • Assist production operators with the preparation, setup, and execution of wallpaper and fabric screen-printing runs.
  • Handle and organize raw materials, inks, dyes, and finished goods to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor machinery and equipment during operation to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Support leadership in monitoring workflow.
  • Support quality control checks by identifying and reporting defects or inconsistencies in printed materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas, equipment, and tools.
  • Prepare, label, and move materials or products within the warehouse as directed.
  • Collaborate with production staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output goals.
  • Follow safety procedures and comply with company policies at all times.
  • Provide general support to production leadership on special projects or process improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or prior manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience in textiles, printing, or warehouse operations a plus.

The Production Loader will be responsible for Loading and unloading of high-pressure and liquid cylinders on / off trucks in compliance with federal, state, local regulations. The Loader will also be responsible for meeting all safety standards in the loading and unloading of cylinder gases per Airgas procedures.

The Production Loader will:

  • Inspects cylinders prior to filling, following standard procedures as required by government, Airgas, and distributor standards.

  • Understands hazards of various gases; size and contents of cylinders by reading and interpreting cylinder labels and the color-coding of tanks.

  • Complies with all government and company standards relating to the safe handling of hazardous materials/cylinder gases.

  • Operates a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.

  • Loads cylinders on/off vehicles, using hand truck or chain hoist, and records type and quantity of cylinders.

  • Loads/unloads cylinders on/off pallets; ensuring they are strapped in.

  • Examines returned cylinders for surface defects, dents, cracks, burns and performs minor maintenance of equipment and inspection of cylinders prior to filling.

  • Rolls cylinders to designated work area using appropriate, safe work method or equipment

  • Segregates out of test cylinders and any defective cylinders.

About the role
The Production Planner is responsible for ensuring optimal product availability and 95+% service levels through effective inventory management, proactive communication, and seamless coordination across functions. This role supports the execution of production plans aligned with customer demand, while balancing inventory targets and operational efficiency. The planner acts as a key liaison between the plant - manufacturing, quality, logistics - customer service and sales teams to drive performance and resolve issues impacting service.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain short and mid-term production plans to meet service and inventory targets.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders to address risks, delays, or changes in demand
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve constraints and optimize factory output.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and supply chain processes.
Qualifications and skills
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of experience in supply planning, factory scheduling, or inventory management.
Experience working in food or beverage manufacturing environments preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain planning software.
Skills Required:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP APO, Excel, Power BI).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $64,479 to $105,272 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
