Job Description
The Senior Data and Reporting Professional generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. The Senior Data and Reporting Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Data and Reporting Professional integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. May create specifications for reports based on business requests. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

+ 5 or more years of technical experience in data reporting
+ Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations with prior accountability for the analysis of managed care network reporting and healthcare data
+ Advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS and other data systems
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including ability to link pivots to external data sources, creating pivot tables and summarizing data into reports and dashboards
+ Advanced Microsoft PowerBI skills including ability to link to external data sources, pass-through queries, data structure and relationship design.
+ Experience with tools such as Tableau and Qlik for creating data visualizations
+ Experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations and/or the analysis of healthcare data

**What you will do**
The Network Support Technician provides network infrastructure support for all areas within the Volvo Lehigh Valley Operations (LVO) footprint and acts as a resource for all Volvo Americas sites in network standardization and support. This position occurs as part of the Onsite Americas team, within the Infrastructure and Onsite Services (IOS) unit of Volvo's Group IT Organization.
The Network Support Technician role is also the local representation of Group IT for specific business distribution centers in this area. In this role it is critical to work together with regional and global colleagues to deliver new and upgraded infrastructure for business solutions and the end-user IT environment. This includes, but is not limited to, hosting platforms (typically x86), Windows OS, LAN (wired and wireless), Windows enterprise client solutions for office and warehouse, personal mobility, and specialized warehouse devices such as bar code scanners, forklift mounted hardware, and specialized printing technology.
