The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $124,960-$165,572. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. The Manager, Financial Analysis, is a key player within the business controlling team and is responsible for leading lateral automation and commercial activities including planning, reporting, and analysis of S&C's regional & consolidated results. **Position Summary** :
The Corporate Strategy and Development ("CSD") finance team is looking for a well-rounded and analytically oriented leader to focus on delivering on the STM group's mission while also supporting overall financial analyses for the various CSD teams.
