Overview THE ROLE: This position is responsible for increasing the effectiveness of the Portfolio and Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) process and toolset by providing process and tool support to Networking, Telecommunication, and Low Voltage cabling projects within the organization. They will serve as a mentor/coach in PMLC principles, standards, and methodologies by working with other analysts, project managers, and delivery teams to track and measure status, progress, and velocity to help to drive continuous improvement in the delivery of high-quality hardware and software infrastructure solutions. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: Developing, managing, and tracking IT projects, from inception to implementation and supporting the transition. Forecasting, managing, tracking, and reporting project progress, issues, budget, and scope changes to achieve successful project completion times, and within budget. Managing communications and expectations of clients, sponsors, users, teams, contractors, and the enterprise while ensuring project adherence to established IT project methodologies and standards, including developing resource plans, risk assessments, project plans, test plans, checkpoint reviews, etc. Assist Department with forecasting requirements, preparing the annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Define and drive multiple concurrent project tasks and milestones within the necessary timing. Detailed responsibilities/duties: Level II Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Elevate risks to meet product launches and secure senior management approval to move forward. Requests, collects, and analyzes project quotes and bill of materials from engineers, manufactures, and vendors. Submits, tracks, and receives quotes, receipts, and invoices in Herbalife’s procurement portal. Maintains and updates global project tracking information. Regularly publish project timelines and key summaries to all stakeholders. Creates and distributes end user communication to ensure smooth transition of new or changing technology. Collects and analyzes data to evaluate PMLC operational effectiveness and makes recommendations to solve problems. Follows established modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities. Assesses current standards and processes and recommends additional standards and/or modifications to existing processes as the organization evolves. Partners with other GTS personnel to build standard reporting frameworks for tracking and communicating the status of items within the GTS project portfolio. Trains individuals and teams on project standards, processes and tools. Additional duties as assigned. WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM: The Telecom Project Analyst role will provide support to departmental activities, executive status reporting, procurement and purchasing, as well as representation and the relaying of information from other Herbalife departments back into Telecom and Network. This role will help keep positive relations with a variety of internal groups such as Finance, Cyber Security, Facilities, Server Ops, Global Safety & Security. Qualifications SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Qualifications: Required Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Critical thinking. Ability to delegate work. Exceptional time management skills. Ability to identify system impact for small- and large-scale initiatives. Experience with complex integration and conversion project experience, including QA lifecycle, implementation, and post-prod support. **Essential Functions:**
This individual will be responsible for management of technical, cost and schedule ownership of F-35 Discretionary Resources and F-35 Program Office Control Accounts. Discretionary Resources include Capital, Non-Contractual Technical Activity (NCTA), & Indirect Funds and F-35 Program Office Control Accounts include all Program Travel and Discrete Program Office labor. This role reports directly to the Senior F-35 Sustaining & Discretionary Program Manager within the Program Change & Execution Management organization. The role interfaces with the F-35 VP & Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Program Change & Execution Management Director as well as the Air Dominance Division Leadership and Staff.
Responsibilities include
+ Baseline and execution management of all projects within the Discretionary Resources budgets (Capital, NCTA, Indirect)
+ Leading the program AOP/LRSP process for Capital & NCTA
+ Control Account Manager for F-35 Discrete Travel and Discrete Program Office labor. Use Earned Value Management to manage and track accounts.
+ F-35 Business Unit liaison to Air Dominance Division for Capital, NCTA and Indirect
+ F-35 lead for Monthly Air Dominance Resource Review Boards
+ Manage internal Business Unit stakeholder management including internal leadership reviews, budget prioritization recommendations, risk & opportunity visibility
+ Leading and directing cross-functional project teams to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance objectives
+ Lead Business Unit NCTA reviews with support from Business Management, Proposal Management, Program Management and any other executing functions
+ Provides analytical and project support to the Program Change & Execution Management Director in managing NCTA, Capital and Indirect Funds.
+ Provide integration support for executing F-35 Program Rhythm

+ Related experience must be in project management, program management, supply chain, procurement, operations, resource planning, program planning/scheduling, engineering, proposals / capture efforts, and/or business management, or other global supply chain related field.

Salary Range: $91,200.00 - $36,800.00Salary Range 2: 113,500.00 - 170,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
