Global Regulatory Product Manager and Regulatory Technical Compliance Specialist must become a trusted advisor to the contributing organizations (internally and externally), ensure consistency and quality of deliverables, drive our overall strategy, overcome challenges, and meet business goals, and use leading practices for successful Oracle Health products and technology and operations. The must spearhead our ongoing engagement, technical advisement, and relationship management.   • Define and drive technical documentation requirements for UK and EU medical device conformity assessments.

Job Description  

The University of Nevada, Reno is seeking a proactive and innovative Makerspace Program Manager to lead the Innevation Center's Makerspace. This role supports UNR's academic community and Nevada's industry sectors by overseeing daily operations and expanding equipment, services, and educational programming to remain competitive and meet evolving user needs. 

The Manager will work closely with Innevation Center leadership to develop and implement both short- and long-term strategic plans, while also supervising and mentoring student workers and managing the K-12 Robotics Center. Additionally, the Manager will lead community engagement efforts by developing events, programming, and partnerships that connect the Makerspace with students, faculty, staff, K-12 educators, and Nevada's business and startup communities. Makerspace Operations Management

• Lead continuous improvement efforts by evaluating workflows, deploying new tools, and tracking operational metrics to enhance user experience and overall performance.

Program Management and Strategy  

• Collaborate with Innevation Center leadership to develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and coordinate signature events like the annual Makerthon, while expanding services, programming, and community engagement initiatives.

Community Engagement  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective users, while designing and delivering hands-on workshops, offering technical support, building community partnerships-especially with underrepresented groups-and coordinating events and fundraising efforts to advance the mission of the Innevation Center and Southside Studio.

Manage K-12 Robotics Center and Related Programming  

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the K-12 Robotics Center, coordinate access for local teams and educators, build partnerships with robotics organizations, and represent the University in regional planning efforts and events.

Emergency Management and Safety  

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols and training programs for the Makerspace and Southside Studio, ensuring compliance with university standards through collaboration with Environmental Health & Safety and Facilities teams.

Project Management Certification; PMP, CAFM, PMI-ACP or Prince 2; or a combination of formal project management training and a minimum of 18-months of project management leadership in a relevant functional or technical field Communicates clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, with project team members and stakeholders Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget. Excellent written and verbal skills. Demonstrated can-do attitude. Ability to resolve problems with minimal management assistance; escalates appropriately. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Moves quickly to address unexpected problems or opportunities. Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams – SmartSheet and Visio experience are a plus, but not required. Verifiable, direct experience using Project Management tools to develop project plans and resource-loaded schedules with milestones. Adept at conveying project health and progress via presentations and project reports to mid and senior-level management. Verifiable, direct Software/Systems Development Life Cycle experience using Agile-Scrum methodology and Waterfall methodologies based on the needs of the project
