About the Role:
You will work on-site from a TurboTax location, serving customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit TurboTax products. Your ability to demonstrate understanding of each customer's unique situation is critical to alleviating the stress some may feel when tackling their taxes.
Additionally, you will leverage your tax expertise to provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support.
