- Clinical work is performed from home, days and hours are per the clinician's choosing (this includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.). Clinical team meetings are also virtual.
- Clinical conferences are held four times a week. It is required that you attend at least one per week for the first 90 days of employment; after that, it is required that you attend one monthly.
- Must have a PMHNP license and open to licensing in alternative states.
- Prior work as a PMHNP preferred but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Strong clinical background in psychiatry
- Strong background in the diagnosis of psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatments and familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions

As a Nurse Technician on this team, you will support these populations through their recovery processes, offering support, guidance and compassion alongside your fellow dedicated Psychiatrists, Social Works, Therapists and other healthcare staff. A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Provide or assist with patient care under the supervision of an RN, such as checking vital signs and weight, assisting patients with personal care, performing patient transfers/transport, cleaning dressing changes, applying external monitoring devices and removing urinary Foley catheter.
+ Report abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to an RN.
+ Assist with keeping patients' rooms clean and orderly.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Nursing student in good standing in an accredited Nursing School Program OR an unlicensed graduate of an accredited Nursing School Program

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
