Residential Real Estate Transactions: Handle end-to-end closings including contract review, title coordination, settlement statements, lender communication, and client updates.
Estate Planning: Draft and organize estate plans including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and incapacity planning documents.
Probate & Estate Administration: Prepare probate petitions, affidavits, court notices, waivers, inventories, and distributions. Experience with small estate affidavits and trust administration preferred.
