Quantix is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent in various roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions that drive business success.
- Engage with the managers to ensure an understanding of the positions, and the requirements across all key openings.
- Will assist in the development of position descriptions, as needed.
- Develop strong customer relationships with hiring managers to continually assess needs, sourcing opportunities and candidate selection against the position description.
- Manage a high number of requisitions and candidate volume.
- Will be required to source and review resumes, schedule applicants for phone interviews and/or live interviews and conduct pre-screening interviews.
- Post positions to external job boards and other advertising venues and creates new templates and questionnaires if needed.
- Manage candidate application tracking and communications through the HR Hiring Systems and through consistent candidate contact.
- Recommend a shortlist of applicants based on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, and supplementary information within each application.
- Maintain regular contact, responsiveness and accessibility with candidate connections to relationship build, sustain rapport, and address questions/concerns.
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Drafts and provides offer letters for employment, as needed.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining recruiting KPIs. Work closely with the Onboarding team to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, Human Resources discipline or equivalent experience
- experience in a warehousing or export experience
- 1 - 2 years minimum work experience as a recruiter, HR professional or similar role
- Experience leveraging sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.com, CareerBuilder
- Advanced skills in MS Office products including Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably with Paychex Flex, but not required.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, time-management abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of organization and follow-through, ability to manage multiple sourcing requests at one time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Coachable, high-energy individual
- Strong collaborator with the ability to work with a diverse team.
