MUST HAVE: Patient Recruitment Associate/Assistant/Specialist experience
As a Remote Patient Recruitment Associate, you will screen potential clinical trial participants via phone, manage and update patient data in CTMS, and schedule appointments. You'll be responsible for meeting daily recruitment goals, maintaining confidentiality, and delivering a positive patient experience through clear
communication and consistent follow-up.
Key Duties:
+ Screen potential study participants using a telescreen questionnaire to determine their suitability for trials.
+ Accurately review, enter, and edit patient information in the CTMS system.
+ Schedule patient appointments in the CTMS, ensuring entries are accurate and up to date.
+ Attend all study-related training and ensure a working knowledge of the study protocol.
+ Achieve daily recruitment targets, including daily calls made, pre-screens completed, leads contacted in a timely manner, and screenings/PIV scheduled.
+ Identify suitable study opportunities for interested volunteers based on knowledge of clinical trials and neighboring locations.
+ Effectively communicate the importance of research participation and relevant study details to volunteers.
+ Provide an exceptional patient experience by building positive rapport and consistent follow-up.
+ Strive to meet personal and team targets.
+ Maintain strict confidentiality in all forms, including electronically, written, and verbal.
+ Deliver high-quality, accurate work, ensuring all administration is filed accordingly.

This individual will help lead a workforce responsible for distributing millions of cases of inventory annually to Chick-fil-A Operators throughout the southwest. The Talent Leader will ensure that the workforce can meet the demands of the DC, working closely with Chick-fil-A Supply Talent leadership and other distribution centers to drive the talent strategy at the DC. Supported by the Talent Specialist(s), the Talent Leader will manage reward and benefit systems to help meet broader organizational goals. This person will help drive continued innovation at an operation like no other in the food service industry, by focusing specifically on the engagement and development of the workforce. This role will be uniquely challenged with their participation in the stand up of a brand-new DC and the testing and refinement of a new facility implementation playbook to assist in the stand up of future facilities. - Proven experience overseeing recruitment efforts and building effective training and development programs to grow and retain talent.
- Skilled at fostering a positive employee experience through engagement initiatives, feedback loops, and culture-building strategies.
- Strong knowledge of daily HR functions including compliance, benefits, performance management, and policy development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coach leaders, build strong relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor across the organization.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters or HR certification preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on performance management, training, and employee development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS and performance management systems, experience with ADP is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required

This position is considered a subject matter expert consultant with a variety of industries, company size, and software experience. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert consultant across various industries, company sizes, and software tools. Deliver quality third-party HR support to clients in an administrative function, using HR knowledge and best practices. Train and mentor, team members of Human Resource professionals for Lead and support clients with HR programs, policies, and initiatives in areas such as benefits, software implementation, total compensation, employee relations, federal and state compliance, and performance management. Create deliverables and guidance tailored to client needs while maintaining a resource library for OPSPro's service efficiency. Develop strong client relationships through credibility, respect, and responsiveness. Manage projects, deadlines, client expectations while collaborating with department colleagues and OPSPro staff. Apply knowledge of HR federal government contracting requirements and relevant laws. Create, maintain, and make readily accessible client SOPs and platforms for cross- functional support and coverage at OPSPro. Demonstrate consistent customer service and empathetic consulting. Maintain billable hour KPI's after 90-day training period following a tenure lead. Assist the internal OPSPro HR team with policy creation and special projects. Required Qualifications: Working knowledge of GovCon, SCA, CBA, OFCCP, FARS, adept at understanding proposals and incumbent capture. 5-7 years of progressive HR experience up to HRBP across several HR disciplines, industries, and company size. Experience working in multiple external client environments to include procurement vendor selection and analysis. Benefits, enrollments and updates. Risk management/compliance, OSHA/ADA and more. Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Active SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification. A minimum of an AA/AS or BA/BS in Human Resources or related field. iSolved experience, or other software specifically for talent management, onboarding and HR reporting. Variety of ATS, HRIS and LMS implementation, maintenance, and report pulling.
