Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably with Paychex Flex, but not required. Effective multitasking, prioritization, time-management abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of organization and follow-through, ability to manage multiple sourcing requests at one time.
