This position is located at ATC’s Main Campus, which is just South of Downtown Atlanta. The Recruitment Specialist assists with coordination and the execution of strategies designed to attract, engage, recruit, and support students with selecting Atlanta Technical College as a place to learn and grow. The Recruitment Specialist is tasked with managing the recruitment calendar and traveling to service area events approximately 6 to 8 weeks each recruitment season. The Recruitment Specialist assists with maintaining relationships with high schools and conducting campus tours throughout the year. The UI Native American Student Center (NASC) Recruitment/Retention Specialist is a temporary appointment, contingent upon federal funding. Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of NASC, this position will be based out of the University of Idaho's Moscow campus and will assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of a responsive recruitment plan, with strategies and marketing programs for tribally enrolled students from the 11 UI MOU reservations who are interested in the University of Idaho New Beginnings Program. This position is responsible for independently designing and executing a regional recruitment plan for presentations at the 11 MOU Tribal Reservations. The Recruitment Specialist will provide student support service by assisting with application processes, reviewing admissions criterion, and financial aid. Some of the major duties include: recruitment of 20 students; developing, organizing and maintaining recruitment and retention programs for students and their families; providing services on financial aid; college admissions; and maintaining records on service delivery for reporting to the grantor.

Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science seeks a dynamic and energetic Recruitment Specialist to support and enhance our Enrollment Management Department. In this role, you will drive recruitment efforts and provide administrative support. You will cultivate relationships with prospective students and ensure a seamless application experience.
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Admissions, the Recruitment Specialist will represent Charles. R Drew University of Medicine and Science at high school/community college visits, college nights/fairs, and transfer days/fairs as assigned. The Recruitment Specialist will assist with planning visits to schools, schedule and make presentations, and follow-up visits; identify potential students, provide information about higher education generally, and CDU, specifically; and behave in a manner that promotes goodwill on behalf of the University.
The Recruitment Specialist will recruit, advise, and evaluate admissions requirements for prospective students to CDU. Educates the public (including K-12, Community College, Community Based Organizations, and CDU stakeholders) about admissions requirements, policies, and processes and developing and implementing programs for student recruitment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Create an outreach strategy for assigned territory in collaboration with the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management and Director of Admissions.
•Engage with prospective students through various communication channels (phone, Zoom, In-person, email) to build relationships and generate interest in all CDU programs.
•Gather leads from events and outreach efforts, while maintaining an updated lead list to drive application submissions.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for completing the recruiting process for new hires and internal promotions, demotions, and transfers. The position is required to ensure integrity and consistency in the Court's recruiting process which includes screening applications, completing pre-employment skills testing, interviewing, and documenting the process in a recruitment file for each open position. The position works closely with other Court departments to ensure qualified candidates are selected for the Court's open positions and that the process in accordance with fair labor practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Works to ensure that the Court is in compliance with established hiring procedures and standards as related to the recruiting process. Assists various Court departments in maintaining appropriate staffing levels and selecting qualified candidates.
Reviews and pre-screens employment applications with respect to the minimum qualifications, conducts pre-employment skills testing, creates pools of applicants; updates and maintains an applicant tracking system.
Works with supervisor to prepare/update interview questionnaires. Participates as an active member on interview panels for departments. Trains managers/department interview teams on interview protocol. Creates scoring grid results and provides for department review.
Assists supervisor with creating and updating job postings.
Creates and maintains a recruitment file for each open position until it is filled. Provides status updates on open positions to Human Resources management team and/or departments as requested.
Prepares and sends out rejection memos, scheduling e-mails for interviews, and other correspondence with job applicants.
Develops and maintains recruitment relationships with colleges and other external agencies, prepares for and attends recruitment fairs.
Assists employees with inquiries on recruitment and policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Has no direct supervisory responsibility for staff members.
Equipment Operated
Standard office equipment and office technology such as copy machines, personal computers and telephones.
Confidential Data
All court-related information regarding hearings, etc. that the employee may come in contact with by working in the facility.
Working Conditions

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience. Two (2) years of work experience in a related Human Resources position is equivalent to one (1) year of education.
AND
Two (2) years of Human Resources experience in recruitment or a related field.
