+ Patch Linux systems using yum CLI, scripting, Ansible Playbooks (YAML), and Satellite toolsets.
+ Connect key information from customer trouble ticketing tools with environment management tools such as Ansible AAP, PostgreSQL database, or Red Hat Satellite.
+ Capture key features and deliverables from verbal instructions to develop written specifications.
+ Convert specifications into pseudo code, which is then translated into programming languages such as Ansible Playbooks and Python, as well as toolset instructions (e.g., SQL).
