Base Salary Range
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.

Establish release governance, including version control, rollback procedures, and readiness reviews. Align product roadmaps with engineering capacity and business priorities through iterative delivery. Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor a team of cloud engineers and release coordinators. Promote collaboration and shared ownership across teams. Champion Agile practices and continuous improvement. Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement: Own and refine cloud design and release processes, enhancing automation and quality. Implement tools and dashboards for tracking release health and platform metrics. Conduct post-release reviews to incorporate lessons learned. Strategic Engagement: Provide leadership with insights on design tradeoffs, risks, and progress. Communicate technical dependencies and roadblocks effectively. Contribute to cloud strategy and roadmap discussions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Expertise in Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, and cloud-native architecture. Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team coordination. Understanding of wireless telecom applications and cloud network functions (preferred). Familiarity with CI/CD, GitOps, and automation tools. Proven leadership in design reviews, delivery management, and team guidance. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Leadership experience and mentoring skills are highly valued. Qualifications: At least 18 years of age.
