**Summary**
CHS is looking for a Field Research Intern to join the Product Development team for the Summer of 2026. The Field Research Intern will gain experience across all aspects of CHS research and development to ensure we are bringing the highest quality products to market. The individual will have the opportunity to spend time with various technical specialists across Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Nebraska and Iowa, learning how a product concept is taken from an idea to reality. The ideal location to reside would be in the Watertown, Brookings, Sioux Falls or Mitchell, SD areas or surrounding vicinities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist technical product specialist with day-to-day activities including: Coordinating replicated third party research trials to assess the efficacy of CHS products including adjuvants, starter fertilizers, micronutrients, biologicals, inoculants, seed treatments, and fertilizer additives. As well as assist with coordinating field scale side by side and strip trials.
+ Visiting plots to collect data and visuals.
