Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for managing members of the Public Planning team and participating in advanced, professional planning and design activities. Candidate must have experience in project management, business development, team building, and project profitability for Public Sector City Planning and Design projects. General Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of public planning professionals responsible for producing community planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic & technical production.
- Advise various councils, boards, commissions, and elected/appointed officials on planning and design-related issues.
- Serve as liaison and perform necessary functions in support of public client planning and development departments.
- Evaluate and prepare reports on operations & activities, recommend improvements and modifications.
- Participate in budget preparation and administration.
- Create, administer, and supervise public outreach campaigns for planning and design efforts.
- Develop business by marketing company to existing clients and identifying and marketing to new clients.
- Support technical efforts for business development such as preparation of responses to RFPs and RFQs, preparation for presentations, and interfacing/coordinating the efforts of the Placemaking and Resilience Group.
- Develop and assist in preparation of scope, budget, and schedule.
- Bachelor's Degree in City Planning, Public Affairs, Public Administration, or other related fields.

The AVP, Data Resilience Engineer is responsible for both engineering and operational oversight of data backup and recovery solutions in public cloud (AWS) and on-premises environments. In this role, you will play a critical part in safeguarding our data assets by designing, implementing, and maintaining resilient data protection strategies in a regulated financial services environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cloud backup technologies, a keen understanding of regulatory requirements, and a strong background in both cloud and traditional IT infrastructures.

**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Design, implement, and manage data backup, recovery, and resilience solutions for AWS and on-premises environments, including Rubrik backup infrastructure.
+ Evaluate existing disaster recovery and backup processes; recommend and implement improvements to enhance data protection capabilities.
+ Develop, maintain, and enforce data retention, backup, disaster recovery, and ransomware resilience standards, procedures, automation, and controls.
+ Ensure ongoing regulatory and security compliance (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS, FFIEC) by collaborating with Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams, addressing audit requirements, and remediating findings.
+ Analyze business needs and define appropriate Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
+ Integrate and automate data protection workflows using AWS native tools and on-premises resources.
+ Conduct regular disaster recovery and ransomware recovery testing, including simulations with Security and Incident Response teams, to validate readiness, integrity, and recoverability.
+ Analyze test outcomes, identify gaps or vulnerabilities, and implement improvements to data resilience strategies.
+ Monitor backup operations, test and report on backup job status, integrity, and restoration capabilities.
+ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including system architectures, procedures, runbooks, and incident responses.
+ Stay current with cloud technologies and emerging trends in backup and disaster recovery.
+ Provide technical guidance and training to stakeholders regarding data resilience best practices.
+ Design and implement alternative backup strategies for applications that require exceptions to standard procedures.
+ Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 7+ years' experience in infrastructure, IT Operations, cloud, or system architecture work OR, in lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED with 15+ years of experience in infrastructure, IT Operations, cloud, or system architecture work.
+ 5+ years of experience in a management or team lead role within IT Engineering or Operations
+ AWS Solution Architect certification preferred
+ Hands-on experience with backup and recovery technologies (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, Cohesity, native cloud tools).
+ Hands-on experience and strong understanding of AWS cloud platforms
+ Experience implementing and managing backup and disaster recovery in large-scale environments.

The salary range for this position is **75,000.00 - 130,000.00** USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be at the front lines with our clients supporting them with their Cyber Defense and Resilience needs specifically helping them address Cloud Security concerns and navigate the journey to the Cloud on the Microsoft Sentinel Platform. This will include:
+ Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing the deployment of Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, GCP), Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint/EDR, and XDR solutions to enhance clients' security posture.
+ Experience in forming KQL queries and functions for complex detection and monitoring requirements.
+ Expertise in building custom analytical rules, tuning of analytical rules, building automation through Azure logic apps, management of entire product feature, end to end configuration.
+ Ability to create clear and concise reports on security data and threats, including data visualization techniques.
+ Must have strong knowledge in MITRE attack framework and expertise in developing analytical rules and custom dashboards/workbooks across framework.
+ Assisting clients with migrating from existing SIEM solution (other platforms) to Microsoft Sentinel.
+ Expertise in log management, retentions, maintenance of logs at low cost, performing access management, developing new custom dashboard based on different requirements.
+ Must have proven record of implementing Sentinel advanced features, efficient log collection mechanisms, deployment and maintenance of log forwarders, and maintenance of local agents.
+ Expertise in integrating data sources which are not supported by Sentinel tool OOB. Custom parser development and ability to solve technical issues in Sentinel must have requirements. Experience with third-party data brokering service is a plus.
+ Experience with threat intelligence integration and UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics) .
+ Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform) for security operations
+ Provide end-to-end event analysis, incident detection, and manage escalations using documented procedures.
+ Develop, implement and refine automation playbooks in Microsoft Sentinel.
+ Devise and document new procedures and runbooks/playbooks as directed.
+ Create cyber and threat hunting queries to enable the Intelligence team to conduct advanced investigations when required.

+ Experience in connecting native and third-party custom/SaaS applications with SIEM.

**Consulting - Technology Consulting - Cyber Risk Compliance and Resilience (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1626463), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX.**
Assess operational technology cybersecurity programs and strategies using proprietary framework, design solutions to remediate gaps or enhance maturity of specific cybersecurity capabilities, improve cybersecurity measurements and monitoring, and develop sustainable processes. Help clients gain insights into their cybersecurity program and strategy. Advise clients on managing cybersecurity risk, enhancing maturity, and improving efficiency. Help clients with their most complex cybersecurity needs and contributing toward their business resilience. Apply risk management principles to a cybersecurity environment and leveraging cybersecurity frameworks and standards. Remain current with security environment and industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues, communicate this information to the engagement team and client management through written correspondence and verbal presentations.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Law, Business, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Law, Business, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.
Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of any of the following areas:
- Cybersecurity assessments
- IT and cyber security policies, standards, procedures and controls
- Security strategies and roadmaps
- Cybersecurity awareness and training
- Cybersecurity metrics and reporting
- Cybersecurity organization design and implementation.
Must have 4 years of experience with security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001/2, PCI DSS, or NIST 800-53.
Must have 2 years of experience supervising teams of cyber security consulting professionals.
Travel required up to 60% of which 5% may be international to meet client needs.
