**Job Description:**
At Regions, the Business Resilience Engineer helps the organization prepare and adapt to business disruptions from cyber threats to natural disasters, while maintaining critical bank operations, and safeguarding people, processes, and tools. Assists with the design and implementation of resilience strategies that improve the organization's ability to evolve, anticipate, withstand, and recover from cyber-attacks or other disruptions that impact critical business operations. Supports high-profile incident response and recovery activities for business or technology disruptions, including those cause by cyber-attacks, natural disaster, man-made disaster, and other crises scenarios. Takes direction and works closely with the Business Resilience manager to support the collaboration and testing of business process resilience plans. Drives the team's analyses and testing of Information Technology's response and recovery activities for technology disruptions.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Leads the enhancement of the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) methodology and leads BIA sessions with business units throughout the company to help the organization prepare and adapt to business disruptions, including cyber security
+ Partners with business process and technology owners to develop advanced cyber recovery strategies along with traditional strategies; test these strategies and technology recovery capabilities
+ Identifies Business Units' process interdependencies (between processes, data, and applications) and determines Regions' critical path
+ Plans, coordinates, and administers resilience exercises with business leaders to ensure soundness of operational and cyber resilience.
+ Develops and updates process maps for resiliency management activities that reflect the department's efforts to identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover from potential cyber threats and maintain situational awareness
+ Ensures all frameworks, processes, procedures, and exercise methods meet or exceed regulations established by the FFIEC
+ Develops communications including proposals, reports, presentations, and procedures (including recommendations) to all levels of management
+ Develops and maintains detailed measurements on business resiliency, readiness, crisis, and incident reporting
+ Develops comprehensive reporting including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on resiliency and the evaluation of test deficiencies and development of follow-up action plans
+ Researches and remains current on the latest business resilience trends and assess applicability to Regions Bank
+ Collaborates with management to ensure that team technical knowledge or skills gaps are addressed, and effective training procedures are developed
+ Offers advice and guidance to junior engineers as a subject-matter expert
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical/business field
+ Ten (10) years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management/Response, Cyber Security, IT Risk Management, IT Audit or a combination of other directly related experience
**Preferences**
+ Relevant Certification strongly preferred: Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
+ Experience in performing business impact analyses, cyber risk assessments, advanced recovery strategies and developing resiliency documentation
+ Experience with light automation and reporting tools (e.g. SharePoint, JIRA, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

**The Role at a Glance**
The Sr. Consultant, Business Resilience Management, will support the contingency readiness and response efforts across the enterprise. This contingency role will work with the AVP, Business Resilience to ensure all business units and the enterprise have the ability to respond to any unplanned contingency events. The individual will partner with the business on the development, maintenance, exercising and execution of incident and crisis management plans. The pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. + Continuously improve the service by identifying and correcting issues or gaps in knowledge (analysis procedures, plays, client network models), false positive tuning, identifying and recommending new or updated tools, content, countermeasures, scripts, plug-ins, etc.
+ Experience in leveraging Security Copilot, creating custom prompts and integrating with threat sources.
+ Experience in connecting native and third-party custom/SaaS applications with SIEM.
+ Understanding of basic networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP
+ Understanding of possible attack activities such as network probing/scanning, DDOS, malicious code activity, etc.
+ Knowledge of Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) tactics, technics and procedures.
+ Acting as a subject matter expert on cyber risk for the Microsoft Sentinel, EDR & XDR platforms.
+ Preference will be given for candidates completed Sentinel Ninja Level 400 Training and Certification.
+ Good to have strong knowledge in Microsoft Sentinel pricing, Microsoft defender products, Microsoft Cloud services and Azure Arc.
+ Having knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Defender XDR stack will be an added advantage.
+ Should have ability to prepare and maintain policy and procedure documentations around SIEM technology, document life cycle management skill is required.
+ Experienced in working with stakeholders to solve technical issues and to support and deliver complex business, security and operational requirements.
+ Ability to work with vendor technical support group and driving issues towards effective and permanent closure.

Required:
+ 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, client problem solving, architecting, and designing solutions around Microsoft Sentinel, EDR & XDR platforms
+ 4+ years of hands-on technical experience enterprise-with Microsoft Security management services (Security information and event management (SIEM), IDS/IPS, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Proxy, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Endpoint detection and response (EDR), Anti-Virus, Sandboxing, network and host-based firewalls, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, etc.)
+ 3+ years of hands-on technical experience implementing Microsoft Sentinel, EDR, XDR focused security solutions for Microsoft technologies
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
+ Must be willing to travel 50%
Preferred:
+ BA/BS Degree preferred. Ideally in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology.
