Overview

As a Resource Management Coordinator, your primary role is to facilitate and support the day-to-day operations of our Resourcing and Business Operations disciplines. Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Learn and become an expert in understanding agency disciplines and resource skillsets such as: Creative, Production, Strategy, Analytics, Media, Client Operations, etc.
  • Learn and become an expert in utilizing the agency resourcing tools as well as ensure the tools are up to date with current needs.
  • Support Resource Management team with various duties and projects, including, but not limited to:
    • Intake and resource coordination efforts amongst department leads and the Resource Management team to ensure projects are staffed effectively and efficiently with the most appropriate individuals.
    • Generating reports to illustrate utilization, variance to plan, and weekly/monthly allocations across agency teams.
    • Monitoring status of projects with regards to timing and project changes. Provide forecasting of potential needs.
    • Proactively identifying upcoming hiring/staffing needs and alerting team to any resourcing or casting updates.
    • Establishing and forging partnerships with resources via effective communication.
    • Building and improving upon processes, procedures, and documentation and helping with rollout of department and/or agency wide process improvements.
  • Support with agency and departmental org charts.
  • Track and approve timesheets across the agency.
Qualifications

Skills and Abilities:
  • 1+ years of experience in an operation, project management, resource management, and/or data or business analytics related field (via internship or employment) preferred.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel.
  • Able to skillfully gather and analyze report data and resourcing information.
  • Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, escalating as necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Strategically assign staff to projects with a focus on client needs and professional development to effectively leverage all resources
+ Effectively troubleshoot and resolve intermediate scheduling conflicts and escalate as necessary
+ Proactively collaborate with client service teams to improve utilization by creatively filling open time, creating capacity and/or anticipating availability
+ Act as change agent for the scheduling process and continually recommend process improvements
+ Develop relationships with staff to understand their goals and areas of development to align with client needs and engagements
+ Communicate and collaborate across locations to share staff resources and best practices
+ Compile and analyze reports such as scheduled hours vs budget, utilization, and projections to help manage our business
+ Identify trends and communicate issues in talent management such as skill gaps, demand for new skill sets, potential training needs and other needs to increase staff effectiveness
+ Partner with HR and leadership to address performance issues and career development of staff at all levels
+ Identify and take action to continuously improve, apply innovation and lead at all levels
+ Plan and implement people strategies that align with business objectives
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred
+ Minimum of 3 years of related experience required; experience in project management or resource management a professional services industry preferred
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status)
+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing assignments
