A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

Selling, Negotiating, and Executing Business Plans - Partner with key decision-makers. Leveraging business intelligence data including analytical tools, excel and powerpoint you will create a selling story to drive the business for your customers and Kellanova.

Drive Results - Deliver on key metrics such as POS (Point of Sale) budget, call coverage, and maintaining "perfect shelf" strategy

Building Relationships - Implement creative ideas and innovative solutions to overcome roadblocks and selling within the grocery landscape.
We're Looking for Someone With

High school diploma or equivalent, with fundamental technology skills such as Microsoft Office applications

Learning agility, robust problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills

Demonstrated self-reliance by successfully managing projects from inception to completion, consistently achieving goals without constant supervision

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

Valid driver's license

This is a driving role which requires the use of a vehicle. To meet the requirements of the role, your driving record must be clear of any combination of violations or one-time significant events occurring in a personal or company vehicle within the previous 36 months

Work requires long periods of walking, standing, bending, or carrying moderately heavy items (20-25 pounds) with or without reasonable accommodation. An extended work schedule could be asked which may include some night, weekend and early morning hours
Compensation
The annual salary range is $58,000 - $63,000, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
