Education and Experience:

Compensation:

Following training completion, Mobile Associates have the opportunity to advance to the Mobile Expert role, which includes an annualized incentive target of 18,000/year, with actual incentives varying based on performance and full-time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn 20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives. Every employee at T-Mobile is also eligible for an Annual Stock Grant, further empowering you as an owner in our company.
