Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of previous Sales/Data Analyst experience supporting a sales team preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish strong interdepartmental and external working relationships with key contributors resulting in successful sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong computer skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (docs, sheets, forms, sites) required.
  • Some evening and weekend hours required.

**This position will be onsite in our Bannockburn, IL location (Monday - Thursday, remote on Fridays)**
**Position Purpose:**
Under general direction role may include: providing customer service, billing/pricing/collections resolution, contract administration, service issues resolution, information management, customer file maintenance, lead routing, and record generation while possibly growing new and secured business through service level upgrades and expanded product offerings for assigned accounts on a daily basis.
**Key Job Activities:**
+ Provides dedicated customer service and support via telephone, email, web, and mail
+ Assisting the sales team with the preparation of sales documents and/or data entry
+ Proactively conducts outbound phone and email campaigns to customers
+ Understands how to research an account and determine pricing, contract information, lead routing, etc.
+ Provides regular and ad-hoc reporting and assistance to various Sales teams
+ Acts and communicates as a subject matter expert, trainer, coach, and key reference contact as new reps are onboarded
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
**Experience:**
+ Preferred Education: in Associate or Equivalent
+ Education equivalent to an Associates Degree, or the equivalent in related work experience demonstrating a sound knowledge of Salesforce administration, time management, proficiency in excel reporting, pivot tables, data analysis, customer service
+ Two or more years of related work experience in a sales support capacity.
+ Demonstrating analytical skills while providing excellent customer service to all customers & sales reps preferred
+ Demonstrates an elevated level of knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel, Word, Salesforce, and PowerPoint; and general knowledge of general database use.
+ Compensation starting at $21.00
