The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. Education:

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals in this position is $48,000 - $75,000 dependent upon experience, geography, and industry knowledge.

What you'll do
- Conduct and document Audio, Visual, Olfactory (AVO) inspections at oil & gas production facilities in southeast New Mexico and west Texas.
- Conduct and document Method 22 visual observations of flares and combustors.
- Utilize an Optical Gas Imaging infrared camera to inspect outdoor piping and equipment associated with oil and gas production facilities, midstream pipeline facilities, and gas plants.
- Conduct GPS field data collection and assist with other environmental projects as needed.
- Approximately 95% to 100% of your time will be spent in the field conducting field inspections and various data collection regarding site equipment and or conditions.
- Will communicate findings with Sphere 3 managers and client representatives both verbally and electronically in databases and written reports/forms
- Must have a clean driving record.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Field Engineer in the oil and gas industry (e.g., drilling, completions, production, well testing).
- Strong understanding of oil and gas drilling, well completion, and production operations.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in remote and challenging field environments, often requiring extended periods away from home.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
